Holding classes due to personal reasons is not possible. Tuition fees will be paid to teachers in advance according to the requested course registration details. Additionally, because you selected and occupied a class time that could have accommodated another student, holding a class (stopping and restarting) due to personal circumstances is not possible.
– Before class starts: Full refund of fees already paid.
– Before less than 1/3 of the total number of classes has elapsed: The difference between the already paid usage fee minus 1/3 of the pre-discount usage fee (normal price) will be refunded.
– Before more than 1/3 but less than 1/2 of the total classes have elapsed: The difference between the amount equivalent to 1/2 of the pre-discount fee (normal price) minus the amount already paid will be refunded.
– After more than 1/2 of total classes have elapsed: No refund.
